Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all packaging intact, to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original Meller box and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email after your request is approved.

  Ship the Items

  Drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
